INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing large-scale, long-term luxury residential projects from concept through to completion.

  • Curating beautiful interior spaces with the highest level of detail at both construction and furnishing phases.

  • Producing Photoshop renderings and moodboards to convey design concepts.

  • Drawing and developing detailed design plans and construction drawings, including floorplans, elevations, and construction details in AutoCAD.

  • Coordinating with architects, builders, and craftspeople to ensure design intent is realized with precision.

  • Some travel within Canada and the United States may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of professional luxury design experience.

  • A confident, well-developed design sensibility.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Adobe Photoshop is essential.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with care and consistency.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • A solution-oriented approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for art and design.

  • Access to vehicle preferred to conduct site visits within the GTA as required.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE COORDINATOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate financial tracking across multiple large-scale luxury residential projects.

  • Prepare weekly financial and order status reports.

  • Reconciliation of project-related expenses.

  • Responsible for creating and generating price lists associated with each project.

  • Generate and process detailed purchase orders for retail and custom pieces.

  • Sample ordering to support design presentations.

  • Client facing for all tasks related to pricing, ordering, status updates, additional billing etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Bookkeeping, Office Administration or similar.

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn tailored procurement software platforms.

  • Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with care and consistency.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated.
